After exploring Bratislava, discover some of Slovakia's most unique and authentic destinations. From a fairytale castle and a traditional folk village to a UNESCO-listed medieval mining town, this tour includes the very best of the country's history, culture and natural beauty.

Your tour will begin with a complimentary pick-up from your accommodation in Bratislava. First, we will drive past 2 medieval castles of Beckov and Trenčín, where we will take a short stop to enjoy the views.
Our journey will continue through the scenic Slovak countryside to Čičmany, Slovakia's most famous traditional village, where beautifully preserved wooden houses are decorated with distinctive white geometric folk patterns. Learn about the village's unique history and folk traditions while strolling through its charming streets and having your guide capture unforgettable photos for you.

Our second stop will be the town of Bojnice, home to one of Europe's most romantic castles. We will explore the castle's beautifully decorated interiors, grand halls and fascinating stories on a guided tour, which also includes a visit to the unique cave, located beneath the castle. Admission to the castle is included in the tour price. Afterwards, you will be able to capture unforgettable memories with professional photos against the castle's spectacular backdrop. You will also have some free time to stroll through the castle grounds, buy souvenirs or have lunch at one of the nearby restaurants.

In the afternoon, we will continue to the historic mining town of Banská Štiavnica, nestled within the crater of an ancient volcano and recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will be wandering around its charming medieval streets as your guide shares the remarkable story of the town's rich mining heritage and the volcanic landscape that shaped its history. You will also have the option to take a tour of the Old Castle of Banská Štiavnica and explore its towers, castle walls, and some of the preserved chambers with your guide. As an alternative to the castle tour, you may have free time in the old town of Banská Štiavnica, where you can relax in one of the local cafés or restaurants, or explore more of the romantic streets. After a full day of exploring some of the most authentic Slovak destinations, we will return back to Bratislava, where you will be dropped off directly at your accommodation or in the city centre.
